The addition of ambrette seeds, solely sourced from Ecuador, along with gently dried bergamot orange peel hand-picked in Calabria, help create this exceptionally smooth premium gin.

Creating the finest gin possible takes the highest quality raw ingredients. At Bombay's Laverstoke Mill distillery, we use up to 12 precious botanicals suspended above the spirit in perforated copper baskets during distillation. That way, as the heated spirit vapors rise, they're gently infused with all the rich aromatic flavors our botanicals release.

The vapour infusion process used to create Star of Bombay London Dry Gin is slowed down to help increase the level of extraction of gin botanical oils from the Italian bergamot peel and South American ambrette seeds. The result of this longer distillation is that their ephemeral flavours combine with Bombay Sapphire's ten signature botanicals, conjuring up a uniquely balanced, citrus and floral-flavoured gin of rich and intense aromas

Serving Suggestion:
Star of Bombay Martini: In a mixing glass filled with ice add 50ml of Star of Bombay Gin, 25ml Noilly Prat and a dash of Orange bitters. Stir gently for 20 seconds. Strain into a frozen martini and add an orange zest garnish
