Preparation:
Hob - From Ambient - Mix 40g of Quaker oats with 300ml of milk (or cold water) in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Microwave - From Ambient - 40g Oats 300ml Milk 800W 3mins 30 secs 900W 2min 45secs
