Named after the childhood home of Abraham Lincoln, Knob Creek is aged for nine years in charred American white oak barrels which give this bourbon its maple sugar aroma, distinctive sweetness and rich full-bodied flavour.

Jacob Beam sold his first barrel of whiskey back in 1795. Since then, there have been master distillers in every generation of the Beam family. Booker Noe, Jim Beam's great grandson created the renowned small batch collection of which Knob Creek belongs. The long ageing process of Knob Creek draws out the natural sugars from the oak creating a maple sugar aroma followed by a full bodied sweet and rich fruity finish.
Knob Creek is bottled at 50% vol, best enjoy neat or on the rocks.
