The Dubliner Irish Whiskey is produced by Dublin Liberties Distillery, a working distillery located in the original centre of distilling in Dublin city, Ireland.
Preparation:
Java juice - 50ml Dubliner Irish whiskey & honeycomb liqueur - 30ml espresso - 5ml 1:1 simple syrup - Small pinch of sea salt - Coffee bean for garnish (optional) Method - Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker until chilled. - Fine strain into a chilled, stemmed cocktail glass. Sharp tongue - 25ml Dubliner Irish whiskey & honeycomb liqueur - 10ml campari Method - Chill the ingredients first by stirring or shaking on ice and straining into your shot glass.
