Dear Customer
You may be aware of the well documented issues currently being experienced within the national supply chain. We at D.B Ramsden & Co Ltd are in no different a position to other suppliers, hauliers etc. and the challenges are far from insignificant.
This led us to review all our operational processes, their effectiveness and how they compared to other businesses of a similar nature.
With the above in mind, we have taken the difficult decision to remove our handballing services from Monday August 9th, 2021. Whilst we understand this may be disappointing news to hear, we hope with the introduction of our daily text service, this mitigates its impact.
We are also confident making this policy change will offer us the best chance to keep service disruptions to a minimum.
We have asked our local BDM’s to discuss these changes with you in person, please be assured we will do all we can to ensure this transition is as amicable as possible.
In closing, we thank you for your business, co-operation and hopeful understanding of this policy change.
